If like me you install for multiple users only let 1 person have the programming app the others can have the basic app.
Does not work with my samsung 10 android phone. Does not recognise commands and when i dial the intercom i get the engaged tone or message saying this persons phone is unavailable. Unit works fine with colleagues iphone so the issue is not due to incorrect settings
Does this App work with the Samsung J36? I have set up the app on my phone but the gates don't work with this phone.
brilliant app and great response from the team
I have set the permissions on my Oneplus 3t and I can open the gates but the 'hold open' feature fails and all other commands fail. I keep getting 'command failed please try again'. 2 months on this issue remains unresolved. Disappointing.

Need to send old intercom back to AES so that software can be flashed for it to work with older intercoms
Great addition to AES intercoms, so many options, for those unable to use or getting error, just to to Applications on your phone, find Cellcom and go to permissions and allow access, simple.
Works perfectly if set up by AES to work with one of their intercoms. Great features!
